Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple and fair.
The intake is free
You pay nothing to complete a health intake. If a provider determines a treatment isn’t appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged for medication.
Billing starts only after approval
Your subscription begins only after a licensed provider approves your prescription and you complete checkout. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Cancel anytime
Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again — no cancellation fees, no hoops. To cancel: reply to any email from us, email drfrankblee@gmail.com, or use the billing portal link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future shipments and billing; it does not affect medication already shipped.
Refunds
- Shipped medication cannot be returned or refunded. Federal and state pharmacy law prohibits the return and reuse of dispensed prescription medications. Once your order has shipped, that month’s charge is final.
- Charged but not yet shipped: if you cancel after a renewal charge but before that month’s order has shipped, we will refund that charge in full.
- Errors: if you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, wrong amount), contact us and we’ll refund it promptly.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Problems with your order
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with the pharmacy to make it right — replacement or refund, our call after review.
Clinical concerns or side effects: message our team any time; safety issues are handled as medical matters, not billing ones.
