Came into the Allen clinic for worsening asthma symptoms and refills. As a traveling healthcare professional who works mostly night shifts, it was a relief to find Dr. Lee who made a same day appointment when I called. His bed side manner is excellent; he listened to me explain my symptoms, answered my questions, and confirmed with me twice if all my questions were answered. He said to call if I had another medical need or any other concerns. His staff was prompt in sending the prescriptions in that evening, I even received a text from that pharmacy to review what was called in. I'm very satisfied with my experience here and will be using the telemedicine for future needs.
