I visited the Fountain of youth for the first time today. From the moment I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was most impressed with Melissa and Claudia. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions with great care and respect. Congratulations to Dr. Lee for having a great team and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I can’t wait to my next visit!

Unprofessional and Poorly Managed – Beware of Deceptive Business Practices I purchased a package of services from Medspa last year, completely unaware that the business was being sold and relocated from Plano to Allen. My January appointment was canceled because the new owners weren’t ready at the new location. After months of waiting, I finally got rescheduled—only to be asked to move my appointment up by a couple of hours on the same day. They assured me they would honor the original package I paid for. However, just 45 minutes before my appointment today, I received a call stating I would need to purchase another package in order to be seen. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. This is not how you treat customers, and certainly not how to run a business. I won’t be returning—and I strongly suggest others beware of these shady practices.

I absolutely love Karen! She was my introduction to this place, and she has made me super comfortable. She has guided me through this experience, and answers all of my random questions. Super helpful
