Doctor was very nice and thorough, he asked questions and I sent picture of injury. They also called earlier than the appointment once they verified if it was ok to contact me earlier if doctor became available, live it. When I normally go to my primary care doctors office I have to wait in Lobby then in an exam room. This was a new patient tele-health visit and it was perfect for my concern! Thanks

Dr. Lee and his staff are friendly and helpful. And if ever I needed to contact them, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. Truly, I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.

Since my first visit with Dr. Lee, during the height of the COVID pandemic, I have not only been satisfied under the care of him and his staff, but also grateful. During the pandemic, I came to a point when I was not able to get a refill for my blood pressure medication sent to the pharmacy by my then primary care physician. Weeks had gone by and as I felt rather helpless, I found Dr. Lee online. I remember the time being a Sunday evening and all of my medications were waiting to get picked up at the closest 24-hour pharmacy within hours of getting off of Dr. Lee's facetime visit. He was able to keep it simple and made me feel very comfortable. What has been working for me didn't need to be changed. Dr. Frank Lee's service allows clients/patients to receive and maintain healthcare without the process unnecessarily intruding on your life. Dr. Lee does not only do Telehealth. If anyone would rather go to a physical clinic that's ran under his lead, you will be able to look up the location on Google.

So pleased with their online service. No insurance needed and I saw the online doctor same day. Inexpensive and convenient when you don’t have a serious issue and don’t really want to go to the hospital or urgent care.

Traveling and my son came down with an ear infection mid trip (24hr). This service was absolutely wonderful and at my fingertips literally. We have no healthcare insurance, it was affordable and least to say a true blessing ! Exceptional internet/phone appointment.

Waking up on a Sunday in the middle of a pandemic with conjunctivitis was not something I had planned on doing. I also do not have health insurance & the idea of an expensive visit to the local urgent care germ factory was the last thing I wanted to do! This service was EASY. And fast. And I could stay in my robe & comfy chair while I chatted with the nurse via text then the Dr via phone. It was also extremely affordable! I had my prescription and all my questions answered in about an hour from making my appt. easy 👏🏻

This office is super efficient and responsive... even on weekends. Can’t recommend them enough.
