North Tex Med Care / Dr. Lee are great! I used a tele med process and it was easy. Dr Lee was professional, understanding and caring. I recommend Dr Lee!!!!

Dr. Frank Lee is the best! He was prompt, detail oriented and caring. My child needed the care and medication right away. After a thorough exam virtually, he immediately prescribed the medication and sent it over to the pharmacy. We were able to get the medication within a day. He is simply the best and I can't say enough good things about him!

First time using telemedicine and had a great experience. Dr. Lee was extremely kind and patient and answered all the questions I had. While it's not possible to run the same sort of tests as you would as if you were in person, having Dr. Lee give his thoughts and opinions definitely was reassuring. Doctor was very nice and thorough, he asked questions and I sent picture of injury. They also called earlier than the appointment once they verified if it was ok to contact me earlier if doctor became available, live it. When I normally go to my primary care doctors office I have to wait in Lobby then in an exam room. This was a new patient tele-health visit and it was perfect for my concern! Thanks
