Love this place! The online telemedicine appointment makes things so much easier for someone who is really sick and can’t always get into the office. Everyone is very helpful also.

Literally the best. I’ve used them a handful of times out of the Addison location for telehealth appts. Super easy to schedule and they are so helpful. Turn around time is QUICK. Everytime I get on the phone with a doctor they really care and will help get me taken care of. I recommend to everyone. Way better than any walk in urgent care!!! They also text with you and will really help with any of your questions or concerns.

Dr Lee is the easily the best doctor. He actually listens to your concerns and covers a variety of treatments for ailments in a very knowledgeable way. I am a huge of fan his work and always know I am in good hands under his care.

Great Doctor and always professional. Pays attention to my concerns and took time to explain my prescriptions. He was very thoughtful and attended to all of my needs. Staff were amazing too, highly recommended!

Fantastic team of healthcare providers!

Don't get caught up in the non traditional approach. I was able to get the medications I needed quickly. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Make sure you have contacted your pharmacy 1st to see if they have the medication you are looking for and that your insurance covers it. It will save you some headaches.

Frank Lee has been so helpful in getting me the treatment I needed to feel better. Pleasant to work with and an efficient work ethic. Would definitely reccomend to anyone.

I have been waiting for months to get VA healthcare to help me, still waiting, I am a veteran diagnosed with PTSD and other conditions. I am struggling everyday from bad to worst. Came to light recently I discovered I have severe ADHD. I had no choice but to reach out on my own accord and get the help I needed as soon as possible. Obviously I had to pay out of my own pocket but the service? the diagnostic? the speed attended and already prescribed what I needed? It was on point. I always do my research of course so it was an easy “Hey Doc I have these symptoms, these is my medical history, these are the meds for treating them, I know this one is known to be well effective against both PTSD and ADHD and this is the ones I’d like to consider, what do you think?” and kind of had an idea of what my plan should be. I have to admit I am always cautious with who I see. Sure I ain’t no doctor but I ain’t uneducated either. I was not disappointed, rather caught of guard of how comfortable I felt. I give my gratitude to the people working in that clinic and Dr. Lee!
